This is a short history book that introduces school-age readers to learn how leaders can work together to change the course of a department, organization, state, or country. It hopes to teach children that different races and different professions can cross the line to develop relationships that will help better the world. Mayor Fry and Chief Arradondo have been taking time as leaders to get to know each other. They have set up a friendship from the time they met.
